 Unique 3 bedroom lake front home for weekly rental that has a lake view from every bedroom.  In fact, every room except the bathrooms have a lake view. The house is 35 feet from the lake.

 

●  Ideal for swimming, fishing, boating, in the summer;

    snowmobiling, tobogganing and skating (weather permitting in the winter).

●  Maximum of 10 people - Sleeps up to 8 in the house and 2 in the loft. Loft is not available in cold weather.

●  Paved launching ramp and dock for the “big boy toys”

●  Don’t have a boat? – there is a 14^ft aluminum boat and motor available to use at no extra charge

●  Canoe available

●  Fire pit for camp fires

●  6 person hot tub

●  Outdoor BBQ for those yummy burgers

●  Shallow water wading area for the “wee ones”

The top floor includes three bedrooms, a sitting room, a 3 piece bath and a partial kitchen.

 

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, sit in dining room, laundry area with washer and dryer, and a 4 piece bathroom. The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. The dining room patio door opens out to the patio looking out on to the lake.

 

Other features include propane fireplace, high-speed wireless Internet service, DVD player, and garage.

Peak period

May 15 - Sept 15  $1580/ week;  Deposit required

July and August are weekly rents only

 

Off season:

Sept 16 - Mid November rates: $1080/ week; $680 / Holiday Weekend; $495 / Weekend

Ontario Cottages have a number of expected rules of conduct

 

●  Respect the property (this is a privately owned property). This means that you leave the property in the same condition that you received it in.

●  Respect your neighbours. This means that you stay on the property that you are renting and not wander in to other properties- they are also privately owned.  This also means NO WILD PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC.

●  Respect the environment. This means recycling the garbage in proper containers, not in the lake.

●  Bring your own water as the water in the cottage is lake water and not safe to drink
